Replacement, Return, and Cancellation
Cancellation: Within eight hours of placing your order, send an email to help@thebrandtshirts.com if you would like to cancel.
No cancellations will be accepted once the product has been sent.
Exchange: All products are eligible for exchange.
Customers have ten days from the date of delivery to replace their purchases.
ON-SALE PRODUCTS (FINAL SALE) are replaceable at a cost of Rs.100 per product. The first replacement is free; the second exchange will cost Rs. 150.

We provide a 7-day return policy. If you’re not happy with the product, you can return it.
Payment refund request usually takes 7-14 business days to reflect in customer’s account depending on the bank used for payment.
the refund mode is Online only, Refund me be infected on your original payment method
Prepaid orders are the only ones that can be returned. COD orders are non-returnable but can be exchanged.
For return, pickup & refund processing fees of Rs. 98 will be appliable per order.
ON SALE PRODUCTS ( FINAL SALE ) are not refundable, Only replacement is available.

We recommend all our customers film an unboxing video of the product upon arrival from Beyours.
Upon receipt of a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, the customer is required to send a mail at help@thebrandtshirts.com with the images and videos of the product within 2 days of
